How to get your own account
To subscribe, please email info@click2invoice.com for further details.
You will need to provide the details that will appear on your invoice, together with a logo if you have one. Once we have received your payment we will set up your account and provide you with your unique username and password.
Note: We can accept a logo emailed to us in most formats. If you don't have a logo, we can simply display your name or trading name in bold at the top of the invoice. Alternatively, we can scan one from your letter-head or website, or create one for you for a small additional charge.
Price information
The basic service is available for an annual subscription, plus a one-off set-up charge. Extras, such as the addition of clients to your address book are charged separately. An additional charge is made high usage customers.

Payment
We prefer payment by credit or debit card, using the secure on-line facilities provided for us by PayPal. Cheques and e-banking can also be accepted.
Terms and conditions of service
www.click2invoice.com is a publishing tool, not an accounting tool. It causes information you provide to us and enter yourself, to be displayed in a web browser which you can then save, print and email as an attachment. Calculations are based on the data you enter. Neither the accuracy, presentation or invoice counter is warranted, so you MUST check that the displayed information is as you would expect and that the invoice counter aligns with your paper records.
You are required to keep your password secret. Please alert us at the soonest opportunity, if you believe that it has become necessary for us to assign a new password to your account.
In common with all hosted services, there is the possibility of Internet connection or server unavailability, file corruption, or the need to restore a back-up data image, which may overwrite current information including your invoice counter. Clearly we hope that his never happens, but you are strongly advised to print hard copies of all invoices raised, for your business and tax return needs.
You may share your password with those who you choose to trust to raise invoices on your behalf, such as an administrative assistant or colleague, however you must be aware that there the system does not cater for multiple simultaneous logins.
Let me repeat... www.click2invoice.com is a simply publishing tool for producing invoices quickly and without the complexity or fuss of word processors or financial software. With simplicity comes dangers - it does NOT offer the protection from human or machine error that is common in financial rather than publishing tools. You are required to have the necessary financial and business acumen to get the correct result from this publishing tool.
