All your details, including company registration and VAT number if you have them, are pre-entered, along with your payment details, salutation, and logo (we can create one for you, or you can simply display your name).
All you need is your username and password, and (any) computer that is connected to the Internet. You can quickly raise a professional invoice in minutes, rather than fighting with the word-processor or over-complex financial software.

Enter your customer's email address, and click2invoice.com will automatically email your invoice to your client and send a copy to you. The email will be formatted as 'plain text' rather than as an html document. Not so pretty as the 'html' version, but very simply to use, especially if you are not using your own computer, of if you do not have access to your email account.
